If you would like to be a 1-1 personal trainer, rather than a group fitness instructor, this course will get you there as fast as possible.
The Certificate IV Fast Track Personal Trainer Course gives you the qualifications required to commence your career as a personal trainer and is perfect if you’re looking to work as a 1-1 personal trainer, but not as a group fitness instructor.
The Fast Track course includes 9 key modules from the Certificate III In Fitness – SIS30315 qualification and all of the modules in the Certificate IV In Fitness – SIS40215 qualification.
This course will equip you with the skills you need to create personalised fitness programs that are specifically tailored for each client’s needs.
Further to the Certificate IV, you will also receive our Power Bags Course and Level 1 Kettlebell Course.
What Does It Takes To Become A Personal Trainer?

This course prepares you to work with 1-1 clients and small groups with fitness levels ranging from beginner, intermediate to advanced.

What You Will Learn
The Fast Track course provides you with the knowledge to deliver fitness programs in a small group fitness setting, 1-1 personal training, semi-private training and online personal training. You’ll also be a qualified to train children as well as the aged population.

Study Pathway
Once you’ve successfully completed the Certificate IV – SIS40215 in Fitness qualification you could choose to further your knowledge by enrolling in the Dangerously Fit International Functional Strength Coach Certification, or any of our functional strength training courses. Our courses include everything from; power bags, steel clubs level 1 & level 2, Bulgarian bags, kettlebells level 1 & level 2, steel mace, battle ropes and more. You’ll have the skills to confidently and proficiently train clients in a variety of functional strength training tools that’ll keep your clients engaged, motivated and coming back for more.
Career Pathway
The Certificate IV in Fitness qualification prepares you to be competent in a wide variety of activities and roles within the fitness industry including; working independently in a number of settings such as fitness centres, health clubs, gyms, pools, beaches, outdoor parks, community facilities and online. Students who achieve this level of competency are able to train 1-1 personal training clients which may include the elderly and children. You will have the skills to plan, deliver and evaluate training programs, offer guidance and leadership to personal training clients and other staff members.
