Queens Park Rope Mania
Awesome effort this morning transformers at the Queens Park Rope Mania workout. A tough workout in hot conditions… But you survived!
Week 2 is many peoples favourite 6 week body workout, we bring out the battling ropes, get the 6 Week Body crew working in their teams and explore some of Queens Parks natural features.
The Yellow Team won this weeks team game with a 200 meter battling rope sprint finish – this is now the yellow teams 2nd win in a row… and they’re showing themselves to be the team to beat this year.
Next week we’ll be tackling the Supacentre Supaworkout… some people say it’s the most fun of all the 6 Week Body classes.
